Post-Sales Services:
Project Management
The following services are provided with the purchase of your 3 phase UPS system(s) supplied by Power Management Systems:
- Track shipment and coordinate delivery of equipment.
- On-site pre-installation walk – through to review installation instructions with the electrical contractor.
- Schedule equipment start-up, training, and engine generator test (if applicable) to include all parties that need to be involved.
- Our personal attention to make sure that the project stays on track from start to finish.
- Provide procedures for handling emergency and routine service requirements.
- Ongoing support by Power Management Systems throughout the life of the equipment. This includes sending reminders for warranty renewals and the recommended preventative maintenance visits. We can also be utilized as a local resource for questions and concerns.

Preventive maintenance visits can occur annually, semi-annually, quarterly & monthly. Tailored packages can be designed to maintain compliance with existing Building, Fire & Electrical Codes as required by law.
Battery Replacement Services:
Our battery replacement services include, but are not limited to:
- Delivery of new batteries & accessories
- Dismantling and removal of spent batteries
- Installation and assembly of new batteries
- Re-torquing of all interconnections
- Adjustment of charger parameters and recalibration to suit new batteries
- Resistance measurements of all battery connections
- Commissioning discharge test of new batteries
- EPA certified disposal of spent batteries
