Karen Lipfert

Sales and Business Development Manager

Karen Lipfert has been with Power Management Systems since 1988. Her responsibilities include assisting clients, overseeing various marketing programs, participation in trade associations and supporting the staff. Karen works primarily on new construction projects with electrical consulting engineers and electrical contractors. She is a dedicated team member that can be relied upon to work through tough challenges to find appropriate solutions.  Karen is an active member of CAHED (Colorado Association of Healthcare Engineers and Directors) and IECRM (Independent Electrical Contractors, Rocky Mountain Chapter).

Rachael Koch

Service Manager/Project Coordinator

Rachael is the Service Manager/Project Coordinator. Rachael has been with PMSSI for over 6 years. Prior to joining Power Management Systems, Rachael was the Director of Operations at Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain Chapter (IECRM). Rachael is a past member of the Board of Directors for Associated Builders & Contractors Rocky Mountain Chapter 2014-2017 and was a Board Member for 7×24 Exchange Rocky Mountain Chapter in 2013-2014. Rachael is extremely conscientious, responsive and efficient. She can be counted on to go above and beyond all expectations in handling routine and emergency services for our clients.

Angel Sprattler

Accounting Manager

Angel joined Power Management Systems in mid-2015. She spent 9 years working for Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain Chapter (IECRM) responsible for their BAT (Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training) program. Angel handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other miscellaneous office duties. Angel is our go-to person when we need help!

Mark Nash

Service Technician

Mark has extensive experience as a UPS field engineer and has generator maintenance skills. Mark is an authorized service provider for Toshiba, Controlled Power Company, and Staco Energy products. Mark performs preventative maintenance, equipment trouble shooting and battery replacements. In addition, Mark is trained on isolated power panel testing and service through PG LifeLink.
